In Belarus, in particular in Minsk, there is a serious problem with stray animals. According to Belarusian animal rights advocates, annually up to 70,000 stray dogs and cats are destroyed in the country. Moreover, this procedure is carried out in an extremely cruel form.

The temporary detention center (on Gursky St.) is constantly crowded. Many owners of cats and dogs throw their pets outside. Cases of animal abuse are becoming more frequent. The Law on Animal Cruelty does not work or the punishment for it is absolutely inconsistent with the deed.

It turns out we live in a terribly cruel world! If a child does not cultivate respect for nature and compassion for a living being, there is a possibility that he will behave cruelly towards other people.

WHAT WE CAN CHANGE

The actor is a healer of human souls, and it is absolutely essential that his own soul is not callous.

Creative workshop "Territory of cinema"opens a series of charity screenings of educational works of film schools, children's performances and feature films with children from 5 years old !. Funds from the sale of tickets to these events will be directed to help homeless and abandoned animals (treatment, food, maintenance) through volunteer groups:

In addition to the above events, "Territory of Cinema" plans commercial displays of the children's puppet show "Big Little Dog", part of the funds from which will also go to charity.
